I have used SACD twice for roundtrip shipping of my Merecedes S550 from Texas to Michigan. The 2019 experience was favorable enough that I used them again in 2020. The second round was defined by a terrible lack of communication with the shipper. They were very difficult to get ahold of before and during transit. That issue was compounded by late pick-up and delivery times. Finally when my car was delivered in TX I had to go through the car wash 4 times to remove what appeared to be an oily sludge residue. I am getting a new car in 2021 and will consider other options before engaging SACD again.
