Wade was my Point of Contact (POC) throughout my vehicle shipping process and the customer service he provided was outstanding. When I first contacted Ship a Car Direct, he answered all of my questions and was very professional, courteous and informative. Furthermore, he explained what to expect while I was shopping around other vehicle shipping companies. At last, I decided to go with Wade and Ship a Car Direct because (as Wade) promised they offered the best price by hundreds of dollars. My business will forever going forward will be with Ship a Car Direct and they have my recommendation to all of my friends, family and colleagues as well.
