Good customer service, but they should ship the cars themselves

The customer service is great! I spoke with Wade and he was very helpful.
The only negative thing would be that they partner with several different companies that actually ship the car, so they just manage the customer relations only. This unfortunately causes communication issues. Ideally, they would ship the cars themselves to avoid any issues.
