WOW!! Great service. Great communication, Great speed. Bought a car out of state and was looking to have it shipped home. Ship A Car Direct was great to work with. Communication was easy, price was as stated, and their personnel and website where very informative. No haggling, no hidden charges, no excessive fees. No charges until the carrier was booked. I communicated several times with Matt, as I was shopping around cars in different locations. I was quickly provided with quotes to help guide my purchase decision. Once I made a purchase and the deal was finalized I reached out to Matt to book a transport. He immediately sent over an updated link for me to enter my details and once it was done, I had an assigned carrier for the job in 6 MINUTES!! The car was picked up that evening about 4 HOURS after I had a confirmed carrier and it was on its way from Texas to PA, about a 17 hour journey. That evening I heard from Farrah, AKA "The Damage Girl", who helps to file a claim in case of any damage that may occur during transport (don't worry, non occurred); she sent an email walking through the process and their app in case its needed. The next evening I heard from the carrier stating he would be arriving the following morning, 2 days after pick-up. As stated the next morning carrier pulled up to my neighborhood with the car secured. Carefully inspection before and after unloading revealed a damage free automobile and one happy customer. Two days later Maricel reached out from Quality Control to make sure that everything went well with my delivery. Overall a great and pain free experience using Ship A Car Direct. I would recommend and use again.
