Staff had answers to all my questions. As I had a last minute change of plans, I was able to switch over the contact information to a friend who coordinated the car pickup, and we experienced no problems. This is probably the nature of the business, especially in early January, but my only comment is that the we received the driver information really close (within a few days) of our requested pickup date.
