Christina was my go to person. She answered all my questions and when I chose Ship a Car Direct she sent me numerous email updates. I was given a pick-up date of 1/22/2021 and then I received a call from the driver. My car was ready to ship at a moments notice and when the driver asked if he could pick it up two days early, it was a go. The driver showed up at the promised time. He was friendly and business like, explaining everything he was doing and was going to do to protect my vehicle. The estimated delivery date was 1/27/2021 and the vehicle was delivered on 1/25/2021. My vehicle was being delivered to my Daughter and the driver Pawel Naslonski kept her informed about delivery location and his time of arrival. It was dark when the vehicle arrived and Mr, Naslonski had a bright light so my Daughter could inspect the vehicle. No damage was observed and this whole process from beginning to end was effortless on my part. I wold highly recommend Ship A Car Direct.
