Hello. Our vehicle transport was excellent overall (Infiniti Q70L). We had a bit of worry during the dispatching phase, as Gabe was trying to find a carrier to take the vehicle. It may have been the recent bad weather... We felt close to running out of time, but he and the dispatch team worked extra hard to schedule a transporter right before our deadline. I met the driver in a mall parking lot less than a mile from home and watched while he took complete photographs of the car and carefully loaded it on the trailer with two other cars. Their communication was very good, with quick text message responses to track where they were. As they neared the destination, we suggested a delivery parking lot, again in a large mall. Everything was fine with the car upon delivery. Thanks again for the great service. Guy
