Thank you for your feedback on your car shipment. We are deeply sorry that you had an issue with the first carrier and that you did not get a callback. We understand your disappointment and apologize for the inconvenience caused. We certainly will be looking into it and address those issues. Glad to know that the second carrier was able to deliver your car safely.
