I shipped my car cross-country, and the process was about as smooth as you can get. The drivers were great about letting me know when they were on their way, both for pickup and drop off. It would be a bonus if there was some sort of tracking service to see where my car was in transit, but it arrived when they said it would and in the same condition I left it. Would definitely recommend!
