Very satisfy with Ship a Car Direct personnel assistance from various departments answering my concerns and questions prior and during shipment. My car got picked up about 3 days after the estimate date, and they kept me informed. Once the car picked up, they deliver the car sooner than delivery estimate given. All and all that 3 days laps of pick up date not too much effecting the timeline.
