Entire process was flawless. Wade, our ship a car direct contact, was courteous, responsive and a pure professional. Trevor, very polite and on top of vehicle tracking from pick-up to delivery. Howard, the final delivery trucker, very professional and even cleaned the full car exterior at delivery. What initially sold us on using Ship a Car Direct was the companies high 97% rating from previous customers, their web site with a good description of the shipping process and FAQ educational videos, all contributed to my family picking the right company.
