The worst thing about the whole experience was not having a specific date set for pickup and drop-off. You get an estimated pick-up and delivery. My car was picked up a day before the estimated pick-up and I had to scramble to find someone in my family to drive home from work to give my car to the driver! But, they do tell you this up front so it's really my fault that I didn't prepare for it. Other than that, I was able to get my car faster than I expected and I was very happy with that! The price is also very reasonable! They email you constantly to make sure things go smoothly, which I loved! I would definitely use this service again!
