Super fast Delivery: My car was delivered in Austin, TX from Seattle, WA within 44 hours of car pickup/shipment! Thanks a bunch to carrier - Auto Elite Towing LLC - AZ Only. No scratches/damages whatsoever seen from the transportation. Friendly and communicative staff.
Taking out a star as, initial car pickup date was set on weekend(Saturday) and I was not able to reach Ship A Direct broker or any of the customer care representatives. No carrier was found until Monday, no communication happened during this period. However, during work days, there was enough communication via phone and emails.
Overall, would recommend Ship A Direct to anyone.
