I needed to relocate my vehicle from the West Coast to the Midwest and was nervous about all of the things that I'd read about companies going through personal belongings and ruining vehicles. After a great deal of research, I found Ship a Car Direct and was introduced to John who not only walked me through the entire process but called and emailed me along the way to make sure that all my questions were answered. He even sent me videos and FAQs for things I didn't think about but should be mindful of during the process.. When I got my vehicle there were a slew of emails and follow-up conversations to make sure everything went smoothly. I truly appreciated all the service, care and concern the team took to make me feel like I was the most important customer they had. I would also like to shout out my driver, Dumitru, who was incredibly kind and kept me thoroughly updated from pick up to drop off of the car. I will definitely use them again when the time comes to relocate anywhere and am glad I chose a company that vets the drivers they contract because the experience was exceptional .
