Two years ago, I shipped my Audi Q5 from Naples to near Madison, Wisconsin. I chose among the cheapest auto shippers online and ended up paying the piper. When I met the trucker for pick up, he stayed in that spot for two days because of hydraulic problems. My car was four days late; I was just about to report my vehicle stolen because neither the trucker nor the broker would take my calls. Finally, the trucker showed up at my home with my car and a crushed top. Ends up, the trucker neglected to put those big pins back in place to keep the top level from crushing the cars below in case of hydraulic failure.
Well, this time I didn't choose to cheapest nor the most expensive. I decided to use "Ship A Car Direct." I did my homework, and they had the best reviews and ratings. The driver was punctual, clean, polite, and spoke English. My son-in-law was there to meet the transporter one day earlier than anticipated, and my car was perfect. I texted the drive to tell him, "job well done."
