Having decided to get my car back up north for the summer season, i needed to get acquainted with the various shipping sites/brokers who offer such services. I selected Ship a Car Direct after reviewing their website and getting numerous other shippers to quote. I was pleased with the information they shared and the fact that they stayed in touch throughout the process. I learned that you don't need to commit to the broker as soon as I did as the carriers do not schedule their routes until a week or so before your first pickup availability date. Also, just be aware that the quoted price is not a guarantee that a carrier will transport your car for that price. Despite paying more than I was quoted, Ship a Car Direct did exactly what they said and my car was delivered on time.
