ShipACarDirect was very responsive when I requested for a quote. The contact person, John, was available for additional questions and also provided information about car shipping. One small issue occurred when the final cost was increased from the initial quote. John took care of it by splitting the added cost with the customer.
I will recommend ShipACarDirect.
