This is my second experience with Ship A. Car Direct. This time, I was trying to get a lower rate through another auto transport company. And after 2+ weeks of waiting for them to find a driver for my car, I cancelled on that company. Because they were dishonest and unprofessional. So I went to Ship A Car Direct as there was not another company I felt I could trust at last minute. I call them and got in contact with Matt. And wow he was completely honest with me. He told me that the other car shipping company increased my price without telling me. And he told me my car could be shipped out within that week. And it was. They gave me a rate. The rate did not change in price. My car was picked up the day after the estimated pickup date (but it is estimated) I wish the pickup driver did call in advance like we asked them to though because they ended up coming to pickup my car but they drove it to the nearest target. They drove my car to the nearest target to load it on the truck. If they called in advance then I would have informed them that we live right across from an open parking lot. Or we could’ve driven my car to them. But my car was delivered on the estimated delivery date. It was perfect. And leaving a review gets you a $30 rebate. But Matt was honest with me and he got my car shipped as soon as possible like I needed. I was very frustrated and stressed from the other auto transport company and I wish I booked with ship a car direct sooner but I’m just glad they were able to work well for me.
