I've been using Ship a Car Direct for shipping my car between Indiana and Florida to winter-bird for several years now. The actual shipper dropped the ball because of a lack of communication. The driver wasn't responsive so we had no idea when our car was being picked up or delivered (the car was picked up on the day scheduled but driver was several hours late and our car was delivered a day later than promised). I kept in touch with John and his team they did a good job of relaying concerns to the shipping company. They even went as far a refunding a significant portion of the shipping price which showed us they care and want to do right by us. I would gladly use John and his team again.
