After hearing horror stories from friends who shipped cars, I was worried about the entire process and whether my car would arrive on time, or with damages, or worse --with missing parts. I'd heard it all. But Ship-A-Car Direct was fantastic with communication from the outset. Lots of information, emails, and always willing to answer questions. Their phone app to document condition of the car before and after shipping was a great tool. Lastly, the transport carrier who performed the actual transit was amazing. Picked up on the date I needed, and delivered it sooner than I expected in perfect condition after being trucked more than 2,000 miles! First rate job.
