ship a car direct was fantastic with their communication and making sure everything went smoothly. I am super grateful for renee for being so communicative and doing what she could. the driver on the other hand ( not associated with ship a car direct obviously. a 3rd party company) definitely was super hard to get ahold of. those were my only issues. my car ended up coming earlier than expected!
