Managed to schedule a pick-up within a day of first reaching out, and the car was picked up only a day later. Communication with/from Ship a Car Direct was clear and easy, but communication with the actual carrier was a little less so. A lot of your experience will depend on the actual carrier/driver rather than the broker. In my case, the driver said he would call me a day before drop off, but he actually only called me an hour before and a day earlier than the first date he said he would deliver the car on. This meant my car was dropped without me being present for an inspection of any sort. That said, the car arrived quickly and without damage, which was my main priority for the entire process.
