This is the first time we have ever shipped, and I was so nervous! It I have to say Christina was great she talked me through everything. She was kind, patient, informative, it was wonderful. Bill picked up our car, he was on time, kind, explained the process, texted every day, and was on time- oh my gosh it was a breeze. I have never let my 911 out of my sight- and it was treated Amazing!!! Thank you
