Lauren was the one who mainly helped me through the process. She was very nice and easy to contact. She responds quickly. My car didn’t have any scratches or damages throughout the process. It was just a little bit dirty but that’s normal with open carriers. I ordered a carrier from Los Angeles, CA to central PA. It took about 5-6 days to receive carrier information from when I first ordered it. The transit was very quick. It came 4 days earlier than the expected delivery date which was very nice. The only reason why this review isn’t a 5/5 stars is because it took a while to get carrier information. Also, when I received carrier information, the asking price increased about $200 more than my initial quote. Overall, the customer service was nice but I would wait to ship my car during off-peak season so the price isn’t as expensive.
