From start to finish we had a very pleasant experience shipping our vehicle from Louisiana to New York. Thank you Lottie!! She was wonderful to work with and so willing to answer all of my questions (and I had many). Lottie always kept me updated on everything to do with the carrier. I want to thank Renee as well. She was so helpful and caring when I spoke with her. Both Lottie and Renee are wonderful and made our shipping experience less stressful. We would most certainly use Ship A Car Direct again, if we needed to.
