This was my first time shipping a car and I was a little nervous about it and what I might not know. What I immediately liked about Ship a Car Direct was all the short video links they sent that prepared me for the process and gave me answers to the questions I had. Every interaction I had with their people was excellent. My broker was Scott but there were other people that contacted me about everything along the way. There was constant communication that assured me that they were on top of everything. My car arrived without problems (other than dirty, which I expected) and I would absolutely use them again. Even after their job was through they have been in contact to make sure everything went well. It's hard to get this kind of service these days!
