Hi Elizabeth,
Thank you for taking the time to talk with us about this issue. To recap, we completely agree with you. This order was handled terribly. The communication was horrible and lead to having you guys wait around for this carrier who never showed up. This is a terrible business practice and we've removed this carrier from our list so that no one else has to go through what you did. We are really sorry that this happened to you on this order and we will do our best moving forward to continue to remove carriers from our list that behave in that manner. Thanks again for letting us know so we can improve in the future.
