After breaking down while driving in Louisiana, I was super stressed about getting my car to Florida after it was repaired. (I had to leave it there to finish my trip) Mike was very helpful. He explained the process and put me at ease about shipping my car. I was kept informed every step of the way. I was given the driver’s name and number in case I needed to get in touch with him and was pleasantly surprised that my car arrived earlier than promised!
