SO SIMPLE. SO EASY. PICKUP WAS SMOOTH, DROP OFF WAS SMOOTH. THE ONLY BUMMER IS IF YOU HAVE A DIFFICULT ACCESS STREET, YOU HAVE TO GO AND MEET THEM (WHICH CAN BE ANNOYING IF YOU HAVE TO UBER THERE). NO DAMAGE... I'M A HAPPY CAMPER!
