After attempting to go to another car shipping company that ended up failing us, we did a broader search for the top car shipping companies in the country, namely CA. Ship A Car Direct was in the top 5 with very high reviews. What set them apart from the rest for us, was the video created by the CEO providing an overview of who they are and individual Q&A videos of your cars shipment process every step of the way. To add, every one of their carriers are insured which gave us great relief and they also provided the assurance of stepping in if the carrier didn't to help with unforeseeable claims. We were hoping to get my daughters car across the country in a week and after the first failed experience, grew concerned and quite skeptical. When I called Ship A Car Direct, the CSR I spoke with Lauren, was helpful and honest every step of the way, guiding us through the process giving us confidence that it would be in great hands and shipped quickly. She dispatched the order and confirmed our driver within that same day! Not only was the driver prompt, but arrived a few days early which we were very thankful for! He was professional, swift and communicative with us via cell phone/text messaging up until he arrived to my daughter. The car arrived safely and was smooth from start to finish! Best part was it arrived within the week we were hoping to have it to her. We appreciate Ship A Car Direct for such a great experience and highly recommend them to anyone!!
