We shipped a car from Houston, TX to Los Angles, CA. areas. I spent a significant amount of time researching and talking with companies and learning about the car transport industry. Ship a Car Direct gave me a competitive quote and explained their very transparent process. They found a qualified carrier who could pick-up close to our dates and close to their original quote. Both pick-up and drop-off were smooth. We met the driver and car carrier trailer at nearby box stores with room for car loading and unloading. Matt and the rest of the Ship A Car Direct team and the driver made the whole process hassle free with timely and helpful communications. We would definitely use Ship A Car Direct again in the future.
