I have used Ship a Car Direct for 4 auto transports now. I moved two cars across the country a few years ago, and was leery about the process. Their customer service is very responsive (emails or calls within an hour usually) and answered all questions I had. When I needed to move two cars again recently, I didn't hesitate to use Ship a Car Direct again. I got a quote from one other service to be comfortable with the price, and SACD came in cheaper. Nothing but good reviews from me.
