I needed to ship two cars cross-country, and I originally booked with another company before contacting Ship a Car Direct. When my pick up date arrived, the other company told me it would be another 1-5 days before a carrier was assigned. Since I was leaving, I needed to get my cars shipped, and after 4 days, I still did not have a carrier assigned. I reached out to Lottie at Ship a Car Direct, explained my situation, and she was completely transparent about the process. The other company was not. Lottie gave me an initial price and said I was within the market range for the carriers, but since I needed a carrier assigned quickly, I increased the price I was willing to pay, and a carrier was assigned the next day. I flew out, and my neighbor handled the loading process which went smoothly and was completely documented with photos. The estimated delivery time was 7 days, but the carrier called me after 5 days and said he could make the drop-off that day! The drop-off was super smooth, and the cars arrived undamaged and in great shape (just a little dirty from traveling cross country). I highly recommend Lottie and the team at Ship a Car Direct!
