Shipped car from Colorado to Maryland. Process was smooth and I felt there was strong customer service throughout the process. I had to reach out to the driver on the pick up date so I would have liked a bit for proactivity on their part but the delivery was quick and with no issues. I would certainly use Ship a Car Direct again
