This was my second time that i have used ship a car direct. The first went really smoothly and was rated a 5 star. On my latest occasion the pick up was 3 days late. The Hauler claimed the job but for some unknown reason turned up three days late, communication with the driver was very poor. After the pick up the remainder of the car transporting to it's final location went very smoothly. Wade the point of contact was always very helpful.
