They were helpful without being overbearing when we asked for a quote. Other companies that we asked for a quote were non stop calling, texting and emailing. The process was quite smooth and involved an app for inspections. They handled everything electronically so it was much easier to deal with the process. Pickup and dropoff from the transport went smoothly, and Ship a Car Direct was ready to help if anything went wrong.
