I coordinated the move of my brother's truck toHouston. This is the second time our family has used Ship a Car Direct. My daughter had used them to transport her car from Denver to Detroit .This was another successful experience. The reason my daughter chose them and I agree was that Scott answers the phone and any questions. He explains how the process and is available for any and all questions. I started the order with my Denver brother who was moving to Texas. I have 2 more brothers in Texas and the communication could have had many points for error. Scott was always available to answer questions from the Texas brothers to smooth the job. We even had a change of original pick up address during the pick up and the delivery. That went smoothly as well. I appreciate all the care of Ship A Car and all the people I encountered along the way. Thank you Scott and team. We have a big family and I will encourage any family members to use you for car transport needs. You never dropped the ball. Hooray! My brother arrived in Texas and was delighted to see his truck made the trip in perfect shape.
