Excellent customer service and fast delivery

I spent months researching the best option to ship my car from CA to MI. Ship a Car Direct ended up being the second cheapest but I chose them because I liked their personalized customer service experience. Every time I had a question, I spoke directly with Mike and he provided me with answers. I called a few months before I needed my car picked up and got a quote, then later called again to see if the price had gone down. It had and Mike immediately sent me a new quote. After that I was able to book online. There was regular communication between Ship a Car Direct and me so I knew when a carrier had been assigned and the pickup date as soon as they were confirmed. My car ended up being picked up a day late (the carrier called to confirm this was ok with me) but it was delivered a day early! I had no issues with damage but even so I used Ship a Car Direct's app to take pictures before pickup and after delivery just in case. All in all, I couldn't have asked for a better experience from start to finish.
