When I first spoke with Jennifer last summer to have 2 of my cars transported across the country, she was friendly, patient and very informative. But I ended up working with another broker because they had the best price for me at the time. However, I didn’t realize then that the other broker quoted so low initially, that after 10 days of agreeing to let them dispatch my vehicles, they increased the rate! Ultimately, I paid similar to what the other brokers had quoted me! Now I understand market pricing conditions varies and costs fluctuates, but looking back, I feel like it was a bait-and-switch tactic. Fast forward to last month, I needed to transport another car from the east coast to the west coast, and remembering how helpful Jennifer was a year ago, I called and she remembered me! She provided a reasonable quote, which never changed (like last year I was flexible with delivery dates), she was always available when I had questions, and always made sure to offer any more information I never realized would be useful. I’m definitely singing my praises for Jennifer because she has made this process so much easier and she’s extremely knowledgeable about the industry! Moreover, the carrier was super friendly and delivered the car within four days! And using Ship A Car Direct’s 'Damage Protection App’ (cheerful email sent from Farrah) for photographing the car to record its exact conditions at pickup and delivery was a great tool and provided confidence in knowing that they’ll take care of any damage claims, if necessary!
