First attempt: We received a confirmation that our car would be shipped on a carrier, but the information never got relayed to them and so our car was still in the original location. This likely happened since it was a weekend, but was an annoyance nonetheless. Second attempt: Received confirmation and information was relayed, car was picked up, a few days pass, and then drop off. No problems.
