First time ever scheduling a auto transport and I had no idea what to expect. I scheduled it 3 weeks out and was given a 3 day window for pickup. On the second day of available pick up I get a call from Scott that someone wanted to pick up the car that day, but they had an enclosed trailer. I was quoted for an open trailer. I was only charged $75 more to upgrade to an enclosed transport. Very nice, and the car arrived in the condition that the car was picked up in. Now I get to enjoy. Thanks to Scott and the driver involved.
