Ship a car direct was an excellent service. Here are some of the advantages I experienced: Easy and punctual pick up and delivery Price was fine in comparison to others My car arrived much faster than I expected and the driver was the same professional an d friendly guy who picked it up. Pleasant communication at every level, including email and phone Efficient customer service Almost no waiting on hold on the phone or talking to recordings (impaired robots) or listening toEndless menus of choices that “do not apply” This service deserves some sort of shout out or award for the casual, easy going yet reassuring tone, and absolute clarity of their information and emails. Cheers to the writers and editors! And the whole team, of course.
