This was our first time to ship a car. And it was a last minute decision. We were moving from PA to AZ, driving our van, but couldn’t decide whether to ship or sell our Honda Fit. I called a few companies, then got this recommendation to try “ship a car direct”. Renee was my contact- she explained how it worked (brokers & drivers) cost, timing. Her explanation was clear, simple and our transport was exactly as she said. I was most impressed with the multiple communications both from her and our driver. This was beyond easy. Even though we waited until 2 weeks before departure to keep our car, the Fit arrived before we did and our driver was amazing with his constant call/text updates.
