I highly recommend! I shipped my car from Naples, FL to Ann Arbor, MI. I had never done this before, but I spoke to Renee on the phone a few times and she was very calm and explained how the entire process worked. I liked that Ship-a-car-direct has an app to use to document the car's condition before shipping, and I felt comfortable because they cover the deductible "just in case" any damage happened. I did not need it, my car was delivered in record time and in good condition. They picked it up on Monday and delivered it Thursday night. The driver was very nice and treated my parents (he picked it up from them) with courtesy and respect. Very easy, I received excellent great communication from several people at SACD, I felt valued and not hassled by a sleazy salesperson. And the bill was several hundred dollars less than other bids! Great value, good experience. Don't keep looking, the right company is here.
