I ordered a truck to be picked up in Colorado to be delivered to the Port in Palm Beach, Fl. Because the dealer had failed to reduce the gasoline to 1/4 tank, it caused undue delays in delivery at the Port. The driver, EM Express, was incredible...and had to solve the problem and deliver the product, twice, over the next 5 days. He didn't have to be so cooperative, I guess, or helpful, but he was. He was paid some extra, but never gave up. I appreciated that and would use this service anytime in the future.
