It is always a good idea to start booking transportation service in advance, however we were not 100% sure about our timeline so I contacted Ship A Car Direct company just 10 days ahead of our departure. However they were able to find driver almost the same day with reasonable transportation timeline. Total cost was somewhat higher than original quote but still significantly below quotes from other companies. John (who was my contact person) gave me lots of tips and suggestions and was replying quickly to my questions along the process. The driver was also nice and professional, contacted me the day below pickup and the day before delivery with clear instructions. We were not able to fit bike rack into our moving containers so we put them inside car's trunk and there were no questions or concerns about it. Needless to say that car was delivered intact and without any issues. I would recommend working with this company.
