It was a very smooth experience. Matt was very helpful and kept us advised of the reasons for the delay in picking up the car.Once a carrier was identified the car was delivered at the time promised.This was the first time we shippped a car and will definetly use Ship a Car Direct again and recomend it to everyone.Thanks for everything.Richard J.
