John gave me a quote and an approximate maximum for my dates. He was very polite and easy to work with. After the initial conversation on the phone, all our communication was through email. I tried calling the direct number once and didn't get an answer but all emails were promptly answered. You will be giving your credit card number so make sure you understand what it means if you don't use them. Watch all the videos on their website. You can cancel till the carrier is assigned and then your card is charged, Until I specifically asked I didn't get a formal quote after the carrier was assigned.(not happy with that) The final quote was within the maximum expected. Also request for the insurance info. I wish they would give this info without the customer having to ask. Their app is a wonderful tool to photo document the car at pickup and delivery. I took a ton of pictures but didn't finish up and submit and lost them all! They need to change the app to autosave them. Fortunately we installed the app on two phones. Also they provide up to 500$ in additional coverage. Our car was picked up a day early and delivered a day early. All in all a wonderful experience and would use them again.
