A group of parents shipped their college aged children's cars with Ship A Car Direct. Having never done this before, we were very nervous and had a lot of questions. Lottie was our contact and she was always professional and answered all of our questions. She was easy to reach through email, phone and text. She communicated with us from the beginning of the process to the very end. The drivers of our assigned carrier were punctual and professional. Our cars were delivered without a scratch. I would use this company in the future and highly recommend them.
