This is my second time I was shipping my vehicle with 'Ship a Car Direct'. Worked with the same customer service guy, John, as 4 years ago. The customer support gets a solid 5 stars award. My overall rating is 4 due to the over optimistic pricing I received. As time went by, the broker, John, couldn't find anything close to the price originally quoted. My advice is to allow yourself plenty of time to do the waiting game and let John do his job submitting bids on your transport. I was within a limited time window, around Christmas/New Year's, which is probably the worst time to ship a vehicle. The email exchange and phone calls from John were very quick. I think one late night I sent him a question and he responded right away.
